My background is in Physical Education — I hold a Master’s degree in the field — which means I understand deeply how the body, breath, and inner state are inseparable from spiritual practice. That foundation shapes every rampage, prayer, and meditation I create.
Everything I create comes from a place of genuine practice — not theory. My wife Sara and I raise our daughter Victória here on this beautiful island, and that rootedness shapes everything I put into the world.
